2025 ROMP Registration Form

Registration Instructions for Post ALRs and ALR Members:

  • This form can be used for individual, couples or group registration
    • Use ALR POC for registration contact if submitting group registration.
    • For group registrations, all updates and notifications will be sent to email of POC.
      • The POC is responsible for forwarding to members of group registration.
  • In order to minimize costs for ALR members, we are recommending that Post ALRs collect for all members, then register as one group and send one check. This saves processing fees associated with online registration.
  • For Group Registration, collect the money from each member and collectively send one check from your ALR made out to ALR 209 (ROMP 2025 and your ALR# on memo line). Send to ALR 209, 3613 Jeannine Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80917.
  • Registration is NOT complete until the check is received at ALR209.
  • T-Shirt order deadline is Thursday 14 August 2025. T-Shirt orders after that date are not guaranteed.
    • All T-shirts for the 2025 ROMP are Dark Heather Gray.
    • T-Shirts are ordered by type/quantity one size per line/field. There are sufficient fields to order each size and shirt type for group orders (seven lines/fields each for Cotton Long Sleeve (Code CL), Cotton Short Sleeve (Code CS) and Moisture Wicking Long Sleeve (Code W)).
    • Only use the shirt fields needed to complete the order for your group. Leave the quantity at ZERO for unused lines
  • A total and summary of the order will be at the bottom of the page above the submit button. Review the summary for accuracy before submitting
  • A copy of the submitted form should be emailed to the POC email after submission is complete. To be safe, print the confirmation page with order summary before closing the page.
